Conditions (General Terms & Conditions of Rental)

At your arrival:

On arrival at the airport follow the instructions you will find on your voucher under "At your arrival" and follow directions for key pick up or key delivery. Accommodation conditions:

All our independent accommodations are guaranteed in a clean state. The guest shall reside in the premises only as a temporary residence and shall not engage in any commercial, illegal, nuisance, dangerous or other activity that could embarrass the agency or cause agency to receive complaints from neighbors. The premises shall not be occupied or left in the care of anyone not listed as a guest. The agency shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage to guest or guest's property or friends other than as a result of agency's gross negligence. Guests must immediately notify agency if locks or doors or windows are not functioning properly..

Reservation:

A payment is required to secure the reservation and the remaining balance has to be paid in full upon arrival.

Additional services:

Please precise on your Invoice Agreement if you want the keys delivered to you directly at the apartment or if you will pick up the keys yourself at the agency 200 East 23rd street from Monday to Saturday between 10 am-1 pm and 2 pm-7 pm. If you arrive out of these open hours. Indicate also if you want an extra cleaning service. Please specify your flight information + time of arrival prior the check in day.

Brokers fees or service fees:

Please not that our brokers commission and the reservation fee are non refundable in case of cancelation.

Cancellation before arrival:

On cancellation made a month prior to arrival, Directloft will keep 35 % of the full amount + 1 night cancellation fees. In case of no show the full remaining balance will be charge on your credit card if the cancellation is made 48 hours prior check in or first day of rental . No refund in case of No show or cancellation 48 hours prior the check in day. By authorizing the first payment to secure the reservation you also authorize Directloft LLC to charge your balance in full in case of No show or cancellation 48 hours prior the check in day.
Agreement and Documents:

An agreement will be signed directly between the owner and the client. Valid passport and / or ID And the credit card authorization + copy of both side of the credit card.
