They are approximately 250 sq. ft. consisting of a queen size futon bed, a small dining area (suitable for two) with a table and chairs, a kitchen area with a microwave, a small stove, a coffee maker, a toaster and a refrigerator (all dishware provided). There is an entertainment center consisting of a TV and stereo in addition to phone and answering machine access. The bathroom has a tub and a shower (all linens and towels provided). The studios are suitable for 1-2 people.
BUILDING
The building is a six-story walk-up with a courtyard accessible to all the clients. There is a double door security system.
