East Village Sunny Spacious Three Bedorom
Fully furnished three bedroom apartment, 5 flights up in a walk-up building. The apartment is very large, there are 3 bedrooms with 2 queens size beds and a single bed. The living room/dining area incorporates dining table with 6 chairs, sofa, second coffee table with 2 chairs and flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, microwave, gas stove/oven, coffeemaker, toaster and dishwasher. There are pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses and cups.
Central Heating for winter and A/C for summer
Linens and towels are provided.
The building is situated on East 12th Street and First Avenue, a couple of blocks away from Union Square. Polished floors, high ceilings, cable and high speed internet. This apartment is located in a great area, close to all shopping, restaurants, delis, Supermarket, and steps away from the subway.
An additional fee of $90.00 is charged for cleaning.
