We offer a different service than an hotel , by staying with Directloft you have the feeling to be home away from home . We offer a large choice of accomodation from studio to artiste loft and luxury penthouse for your vacation . In addition, each apartment is located near public transportation, fully furnished and as a bathroom and a fully appointed kitchen . Apartments provide you with usually more privacy than hotel rooms, you can sleep up to 4 people in some of our large studios apartments at no extra cost for additional persons.

It is easy to reserve?
We offer online estimate and online reservation, the reservation process is easy and save time our client looking to reserve a lodging

Do you do sublet?
We don't do sublet we offer only furnished apartments prepared for vacation rental service only.

What the total cost include? There is any additional charges ?
The price listed on the web site for our short term and vacation rental is all inclusive for rent, fees. Utilities are included for local phone, tv cable, electricity.

How are the apartments equipped?
The apartments are fully equipped for our vacation rental . Bedrooms and baths are supplied with fresh linens and towels. There is a television, VCR and CD/Stereo as well as a telephone , Cleaning supplies are provided.

Are there Laundry facilities?
For some of our listing otherwise we can give you the contact information of a local laundromat who offer pick up and delivery for your laundry.

Is there housekeeping service?
Housekeeping is provided for check in and check out . Should you wish to have additional housekeeping service during your stay, additional cleaning rates are as follows: Studios: $75, One Bedrooms: $85, Two Bedrooms: $100

How do I get the keys to the apartment?
You collect the keys most of the time directly at the apartment on arrival or at the office, open every day with a permanence for arrival on sunday and after 7 PM untill 11 PM week days. Other arrangements should be made at the time of reservation and reconfirmed prior to arrival.

What time is Check in and Check out?
Check in 3 p.m and check out 11 am . If you need to make special arrangements, please call our Customer Service.You can drop your bag at the office after the check out untill your departure.

How may I secure and pay for my reservation?
Cashier's checks as well as some major credit cards or bank wire transfer for the first payment are accepted( agency fees and rental deposit). The remaining balance is due upon arrival ( no credit card on arrival). To secure the reservation follow the instructions in ( how to reserve ) .
